Consumer Musings

I am product manager with many years of experience conceiving of and developing consumer products and services.  I love the challenge of devising ways to solve consumer’s problems, and hopefully see the joy it brings them.  This has tuned me to be constantly observing how other products and services perform, and how other companies try to engage you, the consumer, to buy from them.  I decided to blog about them, though this is mainly for myself to keep a casual record of my observations.  Not surprisingly, it is usually the negative experiences that leave an impression, but I promise I will try to comment on positive experiences too!
